Keep remodel tasks, site records, evidence and punch-list follow-up in one private workspace.

Getting started

On first launch, add your own property or open the sample project to explore tasks, site records, issue follow-up and PDF reports. Manage or switch between properties from Archive > Manage Properties.

Project templates

Choose a project location and project type to receive relevant suggested checkpoints. Every checkpoint is optional. Regional prompts are planning reminders only; confirm permit, inspection and licensing requirements with local authorities and qualified professionals.

Photos and reminders

Photos are always optional. You can continue with text records if the camera is unavailable or permission is denied. Due-date reminders can be enabled or disabled in Archive.

PDF reports and project backup

Archive can generate a paginated PDF with selected site photos for sharing through the iOS share sheet. Project Backup exports a .renotrace file containing the current project's tasks, issues, history, records, changes and photos. Restoring a backup adds a new property and does not overwrite existing projects.

Data storage

No account is required. Project data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded by the app. Before deleting the app, export any project backups and reports you need. Deleting the app removes its local project data.

Email peisuu@outlook.com with your iPhone model, iOS version, the screen where the issue occurred and steps to reproduce it. Do not send site photos containing an address or other sensitive information.
